Ingredients:
Lion’s mane mushroom (fruiting body)
Coconut Glycerin 50%
Distilled Water
Fulvic/humic acid <1%
(a splash of raw apple cider vinegar is added during the extraction process to pull out more mineral)

TCM: Hou Tou Gu

Suggested use: 1-2ml 2X daily

In general, for acute conditions, you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period and for chronic conditions, you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period.
